btw, talent is getting pretty thin now... I'd say that depends on what you're looking for.. that run on DBs was a big surprise to me because of the depth at that position.. but I also see what some were trying to do snatching them up.. I still see lots of capable contributors on the board. The position req's clearly influence as well. ...and I still have my Trade cherry!  |

I thought (and correct me if im wrong) that you could accept trade offers sent you when you become on the clock but you are not allowed to counter them. its either a yes I take that offer or im gonna pick. but you couldn't counter the offer... Is this a correct understanding of the rule?

Yeah, you know when the draft can't give you adp anymore the positions are getting thinner. Yeah, these are the tough picks to make now.
Also, Broncos, i think it's pretty simple, when it's your pick, hurry up and pick! :-)
I think that is majoring over minors.

The point is hopefully owners don't sit on their picks for hours so that trade offers come in and then make a trade that will require a commish approval before the draft can advance. These built-in delays really drag out the time it takes to complete the draft. When it's your turn to pick, make a pick. If you see that you are 5 picks away and know you are going to be away from your computer for a number of hours, please pre-draft 4-5 players. If you look at the next 10 picks of the draft, once the current pick is made, 6 of the next 9 picks will be auto-drafted (assuming enough players are listed on the pre-draft lists). We should hopefully be into the 6th round very soon... |

I think i have drafted a team that is entirely too young with a shoddy defense. Almost to many keeper options if i want to try to stay this young, which probably won't happen.
In other news, see how fast i get my picks in, now if we all could do that! wink...

I actually wanted another rookie wr there, but figuring i didn't even have enuf defensive players to field a starting team, i figured i better spend the last pick on that.
Yeah, Angerer isn't bad, if he can shake off the injury bug and get back to where he was a couple years ago, he could be a nice keeper pic.
