Proposal #3: Drop the TmK position and add another starting offensive position. Starting requirements on offense would go...
from 1 RB, 1WR, and 2 RB/WR/TE flex positions
to 1 RB, 1 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR flex, and 1 WR/TE flex.
This would allow teams to only be able to start two RBs (instead of the current three) which should leave more RB options on the waiver wire. You would still be able to start 1, 2, or 3 WRs and 1 or 2 TEs, so that part would stay the same.
It would also balance the offensive starters and defensive starters at 5 each (not counting the TmQB)

Kickers can make a difference in a game. Keep the position on the roster.

The main daily sites eliminated kickers years ago and everyone has been happier for it. Drafting kickers sucks.

My concern with this one is with injuries and people playing for next year there was some ridiculously bad starting offensive lineups the last month or so of the season. Adding another offensive lineup spot is just going to make that worse.
