Below is an excerpt from the League Rules: WAIVERS PROCESS:
After the Week 1 games, the waiver order will be determined by the following (the final criteria used may vary slightly):
Overall winning percentage
Head-to-head record
Power ranking as determined by MFL.com
Total points scored YTD
Reverse order of opponents total points against
Owners may enter waiver requests starting Tuesday morning through Wednesday night/Thursday morning at 12:00am central. There will be four (4) rounds of waivers during this process.
Thursday evenings at 6:00pm central a first-come-first-served (FCFS) waiver process will begin and continue until Sunday afternoon at 12:00pm central. Each team will be limited to two (2) free agent pickups during this process.
Any player dropped during either process will be locked until the following weeks waiver process. Any players game who has already started for the current week will also be locked until the following weeks waiver process. This means any player playing a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday game will be locked at the start time of their game.

A note for waivers. The FCFS waiver process now begins immediately following the weekly waiver run, not at 6:00pm central. The website (MFL) no longer allows us to delay the FCFS waiver run and therefore begins immediately following the regular weekly waiver run.
This was true last year as well, but the rules were never changed to reflect this.
