AFC
1. New York Jets (12-2-0) 2. Cincinnati Bengals (11-3-0) 3. Tennessee Titans (9-5-0) 4. Los Angeles Chargers (8-5-1) 5. Indianapolis Colts (9-5-0) 6. New England Patriots (8-6-0)
NFC
1. Chicago Bears (11-3-0) ... strength of victory (.445) 2. San Francisco 49ers (11-3-0) ... strength of victory (.438) 3. Washington Redskins (10-4-0) 4. New Orleans Saints (9-5-0) 5. Los Angeles Rams (10-4-0) 6. Minnesota Vikings (9-4-1) ... conference record (7-3-0) over Arizona Cardinals (6-3-1)
Due to the Chargers/Vikings tie in week 12, we need to watch the scoring changes, which are released on Thursday, because it could have an effect on the bracket seeding.
If the Chargers eventually prevail, the Chargers and Titans swap spots due to the Chargers week 6 victory over the Titans, putting the Chargers as the 3-seed and the Titans at the 4-seed. A Vikings loss would mean that they fall out of the playoffs and the Cardinals slide in as the 6-seed.
If the Vikings eventually prevail, the Vikings and Rams swap spots due to their 7-3 conference record versus the Rams 6-4 conference record. A Chargers loss would not change anything regarding the seeding.
