Really? You move up from the end of round 2 to the end of round 1 AND you move up 1/2 round in the 3rd for what price? A lame and even later 3rd round pick and swap kicker picks? I'll call a BS trade when I see it.
...and while you are at it, I can see what you meant that you stated you "already had a better trade waiting for me" when you turned down my offer. You most certainly did.

You most certainly did. Why does where he was drafted matter? The value of a QB is not where they were drafted but how they perform when you get them. What is more valuable- a QB drafted at the 1.30 that scores 17 ppg or a QB drafted a round (or more) later that scores within 3 PPG of the 1st QB & allows you to add a top notch starting LB. You already know what I think. (Just as an aside- the player Donovan took- Ray Lewis, was the exact player I was going to take at the 2.32. Oh, & before you ask, No we didn't talk about that.)Just because you don't value bottom 3rds as highly as others doesn't make the trade BS. And you're wrong about the other trade I mentioned. This deal had not even been talked about at the time. If you must know, I had a 4th+ offered to me as well (which, if you have your value-thinking cap is in fact a better offer than 2 5ths & a 7th). I really do hate that we are internet fighting like this... can't we just kiss & make up

You casually call them 2 5ths - they are 5.02 and 5.04...a whopping combined 6 picks outside of the 4th round. Whatever, man, I'm done. You ripped him off and you know it.

I wasn't going to say anything else either, but here goes- I didn't rip him off, but I sure know I'm gonna be ripping up the AFC S this year. Colts are gonna mop the floor with the Titans. And for one more chance to try to prove my point- no one would have balked if I had traded any 200-250 pt QB & Ray Lewis for Eli, but that's how it's going to end up. I don't see how you can argue against that.

There's nothing wrong with offering a trade. The people that accept it are the ones that have to live with it. As long as it isn't collusion, you're prob just mad you didn't make the offer comparable to that to him to begin with in the 1st place.

I don't see how you can argue against that. Irrespective of the trade for Eli, I originally had the 2.32 and would have picked Ray Lewis if it wasn't for the trade that got me Poz. Lewis is a freak of nature but he started to break down last year, if he plays a full 16 game schedule at last years pace he is a top 5 LB at the end of round 2
