I agree with the skins, I would say Dez Bryant was pretty much right on right there, I don't think he was a steal. Maybe he will prove me wrong, but I think he's not going to be better than 3rd option passing best case scenario.

Yeah the Cowboy offense has been real potent so far; I dont see how getting a rookie wr in a non keeper pick is such a steal; let alone a reach... Spoken like a true Redskins fan. Dez Bryant is not the typical rookie WR, in my Peanut Gallery opinion. I think getting him with the 76th draft pick in a keeper league like this is good. His average draft position in a redraft league is right around 75-80.

The problem with Bryant is he has the dreaded high ankle sprain and that could really bother him all year.
With that said though it's a very good gamble in the 3rd round. If he's not hurt he's a mid 2nd round pick so why not take a shot with him.
Love the Daryl Washington pick. With the Dansby departure and Gerald Hayes being nicked up he should get a ton of PT...and being in the middle of a mediocre defense should mean a bunch of tackles for him.

Esp the thing with Dez Bryant going in 3rd is your not keeping him past this year; and though I think he is going to be a good wr I don't see him being a game changer at any point

I'm in the camp that thinks he'll end up with 70 catches-1000 yards-8 TDs. Pretty good value for a 3rd round pick.

If he puts up those stats, that's great value here. I see more like 55-800-5, which still is decent value here.

I see his stats being around 45rec, 700yds 5 tds. In the neighborhood of Patrick Crayton last year. Remember not like he went to a team needing a wr threat. Dallas has Austin, Witten, Roy, Crayton, not to mention the solid ground game. I just dont see the targets for him to explode there.

And OF COURSE I HATE THE COWGIRLS; but this is analyzing the player/team and my thoughts on just that issue

It's funny, I was going to post and ask what you guys projected for Bryant this year. Thanks, you beat me to it.

At least we got some activity going, it was dead here for a while. Good talking.

Looks like the Falcons are going to time out. The commissioner lockout will be off again for about 60 seconds. Once we get to the 4th round this will no longer be an issue.

Mike Williams is an intriguing pick.
I opted for Chambers. While he is somewhat of a squid, they seem to like him in KC, hence the contract they gave him. The Weis/Haley offensive duo won't hurt either. And he went to Wisconsin, can't go wrong there.
