As per league rules there may not be any skipped picks in the first 3 rounds. In the first 3 rounds the commissioners select a replacement player. In order to select a player for the Raiders I must take off the commissioner lockout for about 60 seconds while I make the selection. Only other option is to let the pick skip, then do a "alteration" to the pick. Only issue here is if the Lions predrafted pick is who we are picking for the Raiders.
Just to give everyone a heads up here, we are selecting LB Paul Posluszny.

I'm surprised at the # of QB's that went in the 1st round. Thought I'd get Schaub or Rivers but ended up with Eli. Solid but not spectacular. A couple of the remaining QB's have a little more upside than Eli but I felt they also had lower floors. I hope da Raiders is allright...it's not like him to miss a draft pick, especially a 1st rounder.

It is weird, he's usually on top of things. I'm only going 12 hours with this pick of his though. I get up about 4am eastern, if he hasn't picked by then we will select for him again.

Mr. Seahawk - looks like you should go on 3-day golf benders more often. Very nice Lofton pick.

Thanks Titans, I was looking LB and when you grabbed Laurinaitis I was hopng for Posluszny still being there but still very happy with Lofton. By the way Ive been telling my wife for years that I should be going on three day golf benders more often.

Happy to get Bears TMQB at 2.11. I been trying to trade up to get him since the 2.01 with the Colts. I think he will finish above a couple of the TMQBs drafted in front of him.

Anyone else wanna trade a top 5 keeper pick for ridiculously cheap? I was gonna put my 4.12 on the block, but that deal killed the value.
I'll still listen to offers though!

;D I'm so glad to be of service to ya!
So you comment on my trade but nobody thinks twice about a 245 pt LB for a 211 pt LB (who missed 3 games)and the 1.11? Seriously, some of the trades in this league seem a bit unusual. I felt I got someone who will score points for me this year. I guess when you don't have enough players to fill the line up with starters the 4th round just doesnt seem that important. I actually have had 2 other players in this league say I got a really sweet deal. Guess its all about your perspective. Ya gotta love the peanut gallery.

I for one didn't have anything to say about your trade. But since you brought up mine, you can say what you want but Rudd will outperform Sessions year-in and year-out. Rudd's 27 and plays the MLB position versus the outside position Session's plays. Last year Rudd was 7th in LBer scoring and the year prior he was 4th. You probably could have brought up some other trades instead of this one, but I know you probably don't want to ruffle any feathers.

Right on Ravens - the trade just happened to be with one of the peanut gallery. I usually just like to keep my mouth shut in a $3 league about other trades. I am sorry if I shot one across your bow, lol.

I don't blame your line of thinking, it's just in previous years that pick would have gotten the 2.04 or so in return. I don't blame you at all for wanting points for your starting lineup, but you could have gotten a better deal. Those top 5 keeper picks are usually pretty expensive to get.
Feel free to do your thing, but take the criticism in stride. I know better than anyone about people being critical!

Especially since the pick three picks earlier went for the 1.01. How many people did you offer the 4.04 to? I would have given you the 2.14.

Only 4 of the next 41 picks are pre-drafted? I hope this draft gets finished before the season starts...
