GUYS PLEASE CHECK OUT SOME OF THESE KEEPERS, I WANT SO LITTLE FOR THEM AND MANY ARE SUPERIOR TO KEEPERS BEING KEPT!
I have a wealth of talent I can't keep, and some good peeps on Offense. Just looking for some later picks for solid players. I'm not looking for a mint, but if you look who is available as a non-keeper against where a few of these guys are slated to score, you can see that it is well worth a pick or people swap for a few of these guys.
Remember that these are keepers, and if you are going to spend that late 3rd on a WR like Deshaun Jackson or Jordan Matthews or Corey Coleman, you can have someone who is supposed to score just as much or more and them be a keeper.
Brandon LaFell WR
Jared Cook TE
May not look flashy, but they scored 125/145 points last year. My ratings has LaFell #98, but there are only 25 available (non-keeper) WRs ahead of him. Cook is even better, at #82, and only one TE is available ahead of him.
**ONLY ONE WR after 4.13 last year scored more points than LaFell/Cook did and are projected to score this year (JuJu).
Jake Butt TE
I'm likely keeping him, but I have to choose between him Cook and LaFell. Butt has first round talent but is still rehabbing injury from he senior year bowl game that kept him out all last rookie year. He's got Kelce ability if he can make the field.
Ramon Huber LB
Danny Trevathan LB
Trevathan is a Top 25 LB and Huber had 129 FP last year, including 60 tackles, even while he was out 4 games in the middle of the season.
Darian Thompson S
Thompson got 144 points in his second year in the league and is rated to be even better this year.
David Irving DL
Even with his 4 game suspension factored in, he is still predicted to be the #28 DL, is only in his 4th year, and there are only 3 DL rated above him NOT keepers (Mack, JPP, Garrett). So well worth a late pick trade to get someone who is predicted to have the last 12 games (including fantasy playoffs) to score more FP than all but 27 other DL.
