Love the Texans strategy of drafting an LB that is out for the year with an injury than follow up with drafting an LB that is suspended Strong anti-fluffing

I went back and forth between Marqise Lee and Cody Latimer. I went with Lee (well mostly because I am a USC alum) because I feel he is better now. Latimer is a great prospect, but he is buried on the depth chart for now and there are alot of mouths to feed. He sets up well for 2015, assuming Manning comes back. Latimer could very well be extremely valuable this year. I just went with Lee because he is going to get plenty of opportunity right now. Hopefully he screws his head on straight and doesn't take plays off and his knee holds up and his alligator arms go away.

Titans I can't believe you went with your heart instead of your head. Such a homer to go with Adams over Michael.

I'm not gonna put down any pick that we obviously can't forsee yet... but, yes, that was a bunch of hype and a big-time letdown for a serious homer pick, strictly IMO. You missed out on Cobb once upon a time and you didn't want to miss the next big GB WR.

What would be worse...the Giants timing out on a keeper pick or the Texans using their 2nd round pick on a player out for the year with an injury?

Personally I'd say the Giants timing out. The Texans (or his son) shot himself in the foot for this year. Botching the 7th pick of the keeper round could hurt him for years.

I'm surprised the Saints and Falcons aren't stacking the pre-draft options. Talk about an opportunity - especially for the Saints, sitting with 3 of the next 4 picks after the timer expires and the Steelers pick launches.

Has this league ever has a timer expire? Is the team just SOL when that happens or say if he misses it and it moves on can he add his pick at any time in the future?

Yes, unfortunately, it seems to happen once or twice a year. Here's what the rules have to say about this: If an owner knows that he/she will miss a portion of the draft, he/she must submit a player ranking list to the commissioners so that they can make selection for that owner. The commissioner(s) will develop a master player ranking list to use. If any owner misses their pick in the first 3 rounds, the commissioners will make that owner's selection for him/her from the master list. Any pick missed after round 3 will be skipped until the owner makes a replacement selection.

Interesting that it has said, "Timer Expires In About less than a minute" for about 4 mins now.

For those waiting on the timer, MFL goes by quarter hours so I think even though it expired at 10:32, it won't reset until 10:45. (Eastern time)

Although I believe a commissioner can force the pick to skip sooner lol.

Are we all having a watch party to see what happens?

I don't recall a skipped pick this early in the 4th ever.
